If you have any questions or problems, please let me know as soon as possible by sending an email to studentsupport@grapeunknown.com. My team and I are committed to rectifying your situation as quickly as possible.

If you wish to request a refund for your enrollment in How to read ANY wine list, please understand that you are agreeing to the following conditions at the time of our purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request via email to studentsupport@grapeunknown.com before 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time on the 14th day following your purchase. Accompanying your request should be proof of effort, meaning evidence that you attempted the work in the course to achieve the promised results. This proof will be reviewed, and an attempt to help correct the issue will be sought first. If I cannot help solve the issue, a prompt full refund will be issued. However, this is also dependent on the proof of work being found substantial enough to warrant the refund. Negligible effort is not satisfactory.

However, after you submit your materials, please be aware that all refunds are discretionary. The point of this policy is to give people the chance to try the system taught in One Weekend To Wine Wisdom, and if results are not achieved, they can get their money back. This refund policy was put in place to prevent theft of materials by people who do not want to pay for the program but still wish to benefit from it.

No refunds will be provided more than 14 days following the date of purchase. If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund by the end of the 14th day, you are required to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan. Failure to make timely payments as part of your payment plan will result in your access to the course membership area being restricted until payments are resumed.

In the event that your refund is denied, you will still be entitled to all benefits of How to read ANY wine list and  Five Steps to Wine Confidence, including the support that comes with your purchase, and it will be my pleasure to continue working with you to achieve results.
